Refund & Return Policy

At Dream Aquarium, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order details. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Please note: Some items, such as perishable goods (like live plants or fish), custom products, and certain health and personal care items, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product page for any specific return restrictions.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
If your return is rejected (due to it not meeting the return criteria), we will notify you and offer options for reshipment of the item at your expense.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account or payment method again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, contact us at [email protected] with details and photos of the damaged product.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us for the return address and shipping instructions. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, except in cases where the product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise agreed.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Perishable goods (such as live plants, fish, or food)
- Gift cards
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Clearance or final sale items
